In downtown Honolulu, nestled among modern towers, the historic Joseph W. Podmore Building stands as a testament to the city's past, one of the few remaining buildings in Hawaii made from native lava rock.

Today, this landmark is home to Podmore, an upscale all-day dining and cocktail destination, radiating modern elegance with a touch of English countryside allure.

Podmore’s bar seating features incredibly comfortable, plush, velvet armchairs. The service? Impeccable. Attentive, yet never intrusive. The Podmore crew treats guests like royalty.

Husband-and-wife team Chef Anthony Rush and Katherine Nomura, the dynamic duo behind the Michelin star-level restaurant Senia, have created a metropolitan oasis with Podmore, where every moment is curated to deliver an experience that's nothing short of impeccable.

Fancy a lavish Full English Breakfast for brunch? Or perhaps a cocktail that's both a treat for the eyes and the palate? This is the place to go.

A well-mixed cocktail at Podmore, a must-visit spot for a special occassion.

Though the drinks can reach prices up to $30, the initial sticker shock fades once you experience these culinary masterpieces.

And the food is downright special. Bites that pack a powerful punch, each served with flair and finesse. Don't overlook their "proper chips" - crispy, hot, and downright addictive!
